Ordered 3 pretzels live far. Called customer service just to get an attitude. Store people when wife called gave her an attitude. So I called and they took my number down to follow up on the situation and no one followed up. Corporate customer service people are rude and the workers that make 20 dollars an hour still put minimum wage effort into their not minimum wage paying job. Save yourself the trio and just go to 7/11 if you want a slushie. Their food quality has declined drastically while prices have increased exponentially. Wage went up for service and food to go down wheen you think it would be opposite.

Absolutely the worst fast food customer service experience I have endured in, well, ever. I am 39 years old. I have been a truck driver for two years. I have eaten out at many, many places. To the owners of this Sonic; I say this with conviction, and with knowledge in the weight that my statement makes. I seriously hope you fire this kid that is working for you. When I had my order taken she came off nice and happy. At the end of it is when she got rude. I asked a simple, reasonable question about the size differences for the tots you offer. Her answer was small, medium or large. Keeping my question unanswered. Obviously theres a small medium or large and can read your menu. I want to know how big that is? And I asked her to show me so I can see. She answered with the small is a kids size. I do not have kids, I do not order from the kids menu. I can have an idea but how small is that? It was not due to the price difference. I just didn't know how much food I was wanting to consume. I needed a visual as Sierra, the person taking my order was continuing to fail to adequately describe the size Sonic serves. Sierra then, in my opinion, rudely ends the order. Luckily for me the door was wide open so I walked up to further explain why I was wanting to see the size differences. I get to hear Sierra talking about me and how dumb I was for not knowing what size a kids size is and for wanting to know the difference between the sizes. I had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my order. I handed my payment of cash and she pulled out her bag to give me my change. I went to grab the receipt and saw a nice clean paper. As I reached for it she said that she would be back with my change. Takes the receipt and then comes back and give me my change on top of my receipt. Not just coins, paper cash. This time the receipt has some weird stuff on it. And so now too does my cash. Here is a picture of the receipt. It was clean, and then she got my change and then it was sticky and wet. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience. Will NEVER recommend anyone to this particular Sonic. Unless you report back that you have justly fired Sierra. Today is March 8th and Sierra took my order at or around 7:20pm.
