I honestly really liked Dr. Loona in the beginning when my daughter was a newborn. Lately, I have felt disrespected that I’m at the office before the staff arrives as if they just rolled out of bed JUST in time for my appointment (Loona included). I’m consistently pulled back after my appointment time and then have quite a wait in the room waiting on vaccines etc. (I have almost left a couple of times after waiting 45 minutes for vaccines). The nurses/medical staff are a bit grumpy as if they’re still waking up and I can’t stand it. If I can show up 10-15 minutes early with an infant while paying for child care for my other children to be looked after during the appointment, RESPECT my time as I’m respectful of yours.

Dr. Loona is very caring! She takes the time to answer all of our questions and we always leave the appointments with a lot of helpful information. She is great with our son and I would definitely recommend her.
