I spoke with a representative named Sara(h) after getting my new policy bill where it had gone up 50 dollars a month. We realized it was because my estimated mileage had been adjusted automatically with the new policy period and when we adjusted it back down I was actually paying less than before I called

I called Sara as soon as they opened and let her know I was on a mission and needed to set up a policy ASAP in order to pick up my new car. Sara and her team responded with immaculate service!! I had a policy set up! And was off the dealership lot before the labor Day weekend had even started. You're amazing Sarah and a day that was supposed to be stressful and crazy, you made it all possible and i am enjoying my new car!! Thank you

My husband and I have been a customer of Sonny's for well over 10 years now. We recently relocated to another state and he made sure to connect us with another agent so that we wouldn't have a lapse in coverage. During our years with Sonny, he has insured our home and cars and he and his team have provided exceptional customer service. Speedy response to calls and emails. Whenever there was a question, we would always just say, Let's send Sonny a quick email. It has been a pleasure working with him and it's always a great feeling knowing you have great insurance coverage.
