So this was a very interesting situation. I have had Sonny's Paw bathe and cut the nails of my dog approximatley 5 times. Be very careful speaking to them, I would describe them as snowflakes. I liked Sonny's Paw, I try very hard to support small business's. So I called the Friday before last and left a message to try and get one of our dog's in for a bath and nails. NO CALL BACK. Now I put this in caps, not because I was upset, but I stopped in a week later to schedule an appointment. So stopped in and said I had called and never recieved a call back, too which the gal said yes you did? I stated no, I have a number that I only use for Sequim and very rarely use "mobile iphone with voicemail" too which she stated once again that they had called and left a voicemail, at this point I just wanted to schedule the bath and nails. So we scheduled a time for Friday, I get a confirmation on Friday AM from there scheduling system. I then recieve a call from someone else stating that telling them I hadnt recieved a call back was basically equivalant to attacking them and take my business elsewhere. They seem to do good work, but they also seem to be quite sensitive and emotional. If you choose to do business with them be very carefull about what you say. I personally would never use them again, too much drama. If I could give them zeor starts I would.

Sonny's Spaw is the only dog grooming spa that treats my large and fearful dog with respect. Coco knows her groomer and enjoys taking a bath with Brandi.

Very convenient! Easy and super helpful. Our big dog is now much cleaner and drier than we could have done at home. Worth it.
