From beginning to end the staff was honest and courteous. The service was quick and efficient. They completed my car a day and a half sooner than they projected. Which was great! My car looked amazing. The no cost detail was appreciated too.

A side effect of having driven for half a century is getting to know various body shops. This was my first time at Sonoma Auto Collision, and the work they did matches the best I've ever dealt with. They not only take customer service seriously, but went above and beyond, returning my 2016 Tesla to me looking like new inside and out. Honestly, I didn't expect to find a shop of this quality in Vallejo. What a pleasant surprise.
