Horrible communication, Horrible customer service. I paid over $300 for my Sunday tickets and when they changed the line up, no one reached out and updated us, nothing. I am absolutely beyond frustrated with their services. I can't believe this is put on with association with BottleRock and this is the service they provide. I have enjoyed this festival in the past, but I will NEVER support it again.
