I am a profesional photographer for over 14 years now. Recently switched from Canon to Sony. The technology was too great to not let the dinosaur (Canon) go extinct. On to Sony I go! Buying, Buying, and replacing all my Canon stuff. Needed to then go meet the pros at the service center since I would soon be a part of the professional Sony crowd. Boy am I glad I did! They blew (CPS) Canon Professional Services out of the water! Knowledgable, no attitude, display cameras that you can see and try, friendly staff, and people who actually answer phone calls! I could not be happier with the switch to Sony. Their professional staff at Media Center Drive are awesome to deal with and I look forward to hearing from them more about new stuff coming out and learning from them. If you go in ask for Holli and Todd and you will not be disappointed.

I have been a Sony Pro member for 3 years and grateful I joined. I had my A9 in for a sluggish shutter release and new ring grip for my 24-70, dropped of off on a Monday and work completed on Wednesday. Great service from Technician Brian, Pete and Mgr. Holly - thank you!

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at the Pro center. The staff was so helpful and friendly and helped me navigate purchasing my first Sony, the Alpha 9 (or A9). They are incredibly knowledgeable on Sony cameras, lenses and accessories.

I was a Nikon user for over 10 years, but now a solidly converted #alpahfemale, not only due to the quality that Sony is bringing, but to the quality of customer care I received at the Pro Center.

Highly recommend to any and all current Sony users and anyone considering getting into the Sony system.
