Very poor customer service and perhaps not trustworthy. Phoned and spoke to customer service representative and paid bill in full with credit card. Received bill following month indicating no payment had been credited and an added late fee. When phoned to inquire, the service representative said that no payment had been made and that they do not accept payments over the phone.

My bank withdrawal was almost a week before due date and received a late fee. Called and they said well we didn't receive it until after the due date and talk to your bank. After talking to other people they are experiencing the same late fees and intermittent delivery of invoices. Doesn't make sense we are at their mercy and they are getting away with it.

Exactly the same experience as previously shared. Never even received paper bill. Then called to notify me of the additional late fee. This happens every time. Impossible to use the payment portal. Frustrating to be sure.
