Had my first appointment with Randall and I cannot find enough positive adjectives to use to describe him, his technique and professionalism! He is fantastic! The relief I was seeking was achieved!! Randall has exceptional knowledge of how to best massage whether for relaxation, comfort or restoration. The room was comfortable and the waiting room aesthic was the best I have seen in Walla Walla or Tricities. I felt like I was at an upscale spa in Seattle. The receptionist (I forgot to get her name, my bad) was kind, professional, poised and helpful in making sure I get further appointments scheduled! I also want to note that I'm still high risk during this recent wave of the newest COVID variant and both the receptionist and Randall wore masks around me when I let them know my status! This helped me feel not only valued, but safe. I give this experience my highest rating and recommend Randall to anyone who needs a massage for relaxation or medical treatment.
