Have been going to this company for three years now. Nothing short of a great experience. Quick, easy, not to painful, and the owner makes you feel very comfortable and at ease!

There was subcutaneous bleeding which resulted in a bruise immediately during my wax. The skin was not pulled taught, and I can recall the exact moment it happened because it hurt a lot (and I have a high tolerance for waxing-induced pain). Although, I shrugged it off until I got home. The bruise stayed for a week. I reached out to the owner and waited days for a response. I would return had the owner accepted responsibility and apologized, but she never did. Been frequenting Sophie Wax for almost a year. Will not be returning.

10/10 can’t recommend enough! i had a miserable first brazilian somewhere else that took over an hour, and i couldn’t believe the whole process was under 10 min here! i felt so comfortable the entire time and will definitely be back. thank you :)))
