She has crafted custom dry herb mixes for me when I've been ill with a sore throat, congestion and cough, and blended flower essences for practical use (to ward off mosquitos during international travel) as well as more esoterically (aiding in energetic/mindset shifts). Lizzie's signature facial acupuncture is the most incredible treatment on the planet! I could not believe how well my super sensitive skin received it. She uses locally-sourced, plant-based skincare (masks, hydrosols, serums, balms) along with strategically placed needles on the face (no botox necessary!) to lift and invigorate. Gua sha and gentle cupping is also part of the process. It feels luxurious, so pampering, and my skin was smooth, hydrated and brightened afterward.
