Very helpful salesperson, very hip cloths, medium pricey.

This is the cutest Lil store ...I've bought a pair of cool shoes & a really cute kimono style wrap & 2 beautiful necklaces...prices are very reasonable & Abbey is a great sales lady owner...she replaced one of the necklaces I had accidentally broke ..& within 3 days she had another waiting for me no questions asked🌷 ...I definitely would recommend this boutique ..😃💙💙🌹

Soto charged me and never shipped! Lied and told me that fashiongo cancelled my order due to a computer error. Then the nasty sales rep said the order was already shipped and it was never shipped I asked for tracking they sent me a picture of a tracking label for a package that had not yet been released when prior she told me the order was already shipped. She wouldn't stop talking Over me and proceeded to hang up on me! Had I been shown a tracking number where my merchandise was already shipped I would have had no problem paying again but I wasn't allowing them to charge me twice and I had no proof of refund or proof of shipment. Rather than help me they argued with me and gave me terrible attitude when I have purchased from them numerous times. Fashiongo told me they cancelled all of their orders because they weren't shipping out merchandise but were charging the merchants. On another occasion I was sent the wron color and they did nothing about it. Another time my order was paid and never shipped! They have super cute stuff but they need to understand that without customers there's no business and WE HAVE BUSINESSES TO RUN ALSO! How do we tell our customers the vendor is making mistakes! I will leave my experience everywhere!
