I have been practicing yoga at Soul since 2014. I had never tried yoga before and Lisa provided a welcoming and inclusive environment. The beautiful studio and her style of teaching are very supportive. Through the years Lisa has built a community of strength internally, and a safe and restorative environment. I appreciate Lisa’s ease, and knowing just the right things to say, in leading us through classes while building heat and strength at your own pace. All levels are welcome to Lisa’s class and I leave feeling relaxed and stronger. I am so thankful for Soul and Lisa in our community.
Soul Yoga is such a wonderful place to practice. An overwhelming amount of love, support, and acceptance are pillars in every experience I have had here. Teachers all embody this and are so genuinely eager to help you grow in your own practice, both on and off of the mat.
I cannot recommend this studio enough! Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a lifetime, you will find what you are looking for here. Lisa's classes are always so creatively designed and offer so many modifications to offer both challenge and support all bodies. Flows are interesting and inspired, with yogic themes delicately interwoven in a way that feels very natural and accessible to all. Amazing studio, teachers, and community!
