I'm a fan. I recently worked with Soul Scale and achieved fabulous results. 3 Months into the program and I lost three belt notches and had to have my suits altered. I've managed the keep the weight off as well.

Dr. Nona and her Soul Scale program is one of the best weight loss systems out there. Getting ready for summer, my girlfriend and I did her program about 3 months ago. In the first month, I dropped from 12% body fat to 8% and my girlfriend lost 13 lbs. We both hit our goals and have kept off the weight using the maintenance plan.

The best part of this program is that you don't feel hungry all the time AND you don't even need to exercise/cardio like crazy to get amazing results.
