I had really bad experience the first time I went to this dealer but Adam the manager went above and beyond to make things right I’m really happy with the effort and the customer service they have now I really appreciate and recommend it

We noticed that a headlight was out. Sound Ford was able to fit us right in and even had time to do a needed service as well. We enjoyed some hot drinks as we waited, and before long we were good to go.

My F150 had a recall and I called these guys about it, they need to check a coolant loss too, the guy on the ph told me it would be a day. It's been 2 days so far, I just called and someone told me he is waiting for someone to come back to his desk because he doesn't know anything about it, well, I will see how this goes...
