Getting oysters at the Olympia Farmer’s Market is a must do, especially when showing the Olympia Farmer’s Market to those who flew in from out of state! The oysters that we had were a specific species of Olympia oyster that is making a comeback. I don’t remember the exact name of them, but we enjoyed our conversation with the vendor-she was absolutely delightful, and passionate about her oysters! Our oysters came with a little container with vinegar to put on them. It was so fun getting our oyster shots in at the tail end of the farmers market. Guaranteed fresh!

First Post: This is a small but mighty stand at the Olympia Farmer’s Market. We had the freshest oysters a person could ask for, and they came with a choice of sauces (cocktail or a wine/vinegar) and lemons and limes. The freshness was unbeatable. This is a great place to have a delectable snack at the Olympia farmers market. We enjoyed our shooters, and we can’t come back soon enough!
