Let me start off with this: I have a mood regulation disorder (bipolar). I have some history of substance abuse and some trauma. This being said, this was all 5 years ago and I am in psychotherapy consistently. They denied me services because of my past. I would understand if I had EXTENSIVE psychiatric disturbances, extensive trauma, extensive drug abuse, etc. This practice seems to be for the lightly depressed or those with a splash of generalized anxiety disorder. If you have a mood disorder like me, don't waste your time and energy trying to get a call back like I did.

Unfortunately I would not recommend calling this office if you want to be treated compassionately. I never got any further to know if they have good practitioners there. The employee that takes all the calls, Annie, was less then professional and compassionate dealing with me. It amazes me how some businesses out there run. :(
