Visited twice and ended up not scheduling a third appointment, since I wasn't impressed.
I received a very large bill, stating we did activities that did not actually happen. One of the owners was supposed to call me back. Instead, I just received another bill. Guess the next option is to call my insurance company and let them know they were charged incorrectly.
Incredibly disappointed with this place. My 9 year old son injured himself playing baseball and was referred to Sound PT for follow up. The scheduling process was horrendous and the therapists schedule was incredibly packed and barely allowed the required appointments as suggested by my son's doctor.
When scheduling, I was told I had to blow up the copy of my insurance card to 140% to make things easier for them, had to provide them with the 1-800 number on the back of the card or they couldn't schedule me (didn't have that with me at the time but had all other required insurance details).
I was annoyed but continued with scheduling.
What really disappointed me was when my son got the flu and was up all night throwing up, and I called first thing in the morning, and was told I would charged a $50 cancellation fee. They said I could request a fee waiver from the therapist who would then submit my request to the owners for review. REALLY??
Needless to say, I'm headed back to Highline Physical Therapy in West Seattle, who supported me after my back surgery. Phenomenal staff and I should have requested them from the get-go!
