My wife and I are in the process of moving and needed to find a storage facility that could not only hold our home boxes, but also be able to work with a container company that we are using to ship our belongings to their final destination.
Gurgen, the manager of the property, was incredibly helpful. Very professional, polite and flexible in working with the needs of their customers.
The facility was clean and updated, felt very secure and well attended. Strong "Thumbs Up!" from us.
Julie at Sound Storage of Lynnwood deserves 10 stars in my honest opinion. I ended up sending my 30 vacate notice to the wrong storage company smh. but she followed up with me and made it very easy to make the transition out. I do appreciate that being in my circumstances at the moment.
The last storage place I had that was off of larch way at the time was a brand new storage unit so I thought that it would be clean and on point, but it was far from that.. by day it was slow and quite like a library but at night literally looked liked vampires coming out from hibernation like the Michael Jackson thriller music video.. lol.
I highly suggest the Lynnwood sound storage unit because not only is it clean and no vampires but when you rent with Julie it comes with a piece of mind especially if your a traveler like I am and I’m hardly ever in town..
but I knew when i would go back to check on my unit or to put some more stuff away I knew it would be all there untouched.
So for the peace of mind I do appreciate that and also thank you Julie for the easy transition. I sure will be back when I’m back in town and need to store some of my stuff!!!
