Sounds On Wheels

I was under the impression that the installation would be included with the purchase of the deck I bought from them. I got a kenwood with a backup camera included. Not even close I ended up paying $300 for the deck and another $250 to have it installed plus tax. I then asked about the back up camera and he said I would have to pay again for a separate install. Are you serious??😡. I then get home only to find out the backup camera isn’t even in the box they sent me home with. So I brush my hand against the pillar left of my windshield the other day and it falls right off. They lost the clips that held this trim piece in place and didn’t bother saying anything it would seem waiting for me to touch the piece so I would think I broke it was their plan. It’s being held up by duck tape now. The wire they ran behind the piece of trim (I think it’s to the mic) is loose not even zip tied to the wire cluster or protected by tubing or anything. When you charge me a extra $300 for an install I expect it to at least be done properly and for my car to be undamaged. “You’ll love your system guaranteed.” Yeah the system is great kenwood is amazing. But the install was rushed and done poorly..... IMO go with Best Buy they do a free install when you purchase a new stereo.

Absolutely horrible. Since this place was sold the management is horrible. They will quote you a price for install and then when you go to pick it up it’s much more. Do yourself a favor….go somewhere else.

Hands down the best service ive ever had. Not only did they go out of there way to fix some interior issues but they wellfully executed what i sent my car in for and will 100% be bringing all my car audio projects to them. Thank you again for doing an outstanding job on my mk6 gti!
