We ordered chairs with a delivery date on the statement. They did not arrive. We called to inquire and were told we were wrong, even though it was clearly written on the sales form! We rescheduled and were promised they would come 5 days later, with a confirmed date. Again they didn't arrive. We called the same person back and again were told we were wrong. Until she looked it up and realized she was wrong and just said I dont' know. Third delivery date will hopefully end up with some chairs!

I bought a chair from Source 5 years ago and lately the chair has started sinking every once in a while so (very common in aging chairs). I called Source service center and I was told that I can bring the chair over and they will replace the gas cylinder at no cost as such parts are under warranty for 10 years. I showed up at the service center and they didn't even ask to see the receipt and replaced the cylinder on the spot with a new one. One of the foam arm rests was worn from use so they replaced the arm rest pair as well and didn't charge me for anything.

I also spent some time at their show room (looking for a desk) and the sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful.

At all times the staff was really attentive, friendly and eager to help. This is how service should look like everywhere!

Although I had some issues with the sales team, the management resolved the issues very quickly and professionally. Their products are excellent, and the installation/delivery teams are fantastic. I will continue to make purchases from this company as long as they continue to provide a professional service.

I like to thank Dave Siddoo for the great service and for quickly addressing the issues we had with the service!
