Ordered a salad with no chicken. They made a mistake and made with chicken. I had to turn around from home and come back to have it fixed. Worst part person at the order desk did not acknowledge their mistake at all, instead just said “do want refund or remade with ignorance and so rudeness.

Ordered sandwiches online through their website. The website has issues taking my card (kept saying it was invalid) and would erase my order if I tried to navigate back. This would cause me to have to re-do everything.
Once the order went through I received an email saying that my food would be ready for pickup at a specific time and I would receive a notification. I arrived at Sourdough & Co. a few minutes after my order was supposed to be done and although they were still in the process of making it I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it to be finished.
After getting home and eating the food I would say the sandwiches are good but not worth the price of $12.99 (nor the wait in my case!) I also tried the mac and cheese, it was thick and creamy but did not have much flavor.

I visited this place for the first time, today. To start with, I like to give praise when I can to the employees. Please make sure that you praise the help. Very kind and great customer service. Now, onto the menus. The sandwich was fresh and no corners were cut. I received exactly what I ordered. The clam chowder was excellent. Now, on to the store. Very clean, and orderly. You noticed that I gave you 4 stars. Well, the reason being, it is very dark in the store. When I’m dining, I can view things much better if there is lighting. I mean this store is so dark, that I actually used my light on my phone. The lighting is terrible. If I do not return, this is the reason.
