Andrew was not only very communicative during the reservation process, but he was incredibly prompt and made sure to let me know where to find him at the airport. I should also add that he picked me up at O'Hare, two hours away from South Bend. It was great to have a guaranteed ride after such a late flight.
The ride was smooth, and he was a great conversationalist. He even made sure to follow up about my return trip (I had made other plans to get back, but the fact that he checked in on me shows his professionalism and the quality of customer service).
I'd recommend this company to anyone in need of a ride. It's as good as it gets.
Aside from the fact that ge never turned his meter on i told him not only the address but the name of the establishment I was going to, I was going n to a well known bar and while it does share the same address as another business in this town gaf he searched by the name of business he would have easily found the location, instead I had to guide him myself on how to get there, on top of that my GPS showed he was.going 15 mph over the posted speed limit i will necer use this company again
In response to the business owner, yes that $22 fare was me, I originally tried booking a ride through your website at about 9pm last night for a pick up at my hotel at 1045, at about 1030 I still had not gotten a confirmation so I called in, through no ones fault the web scheduling did not go through, and while there was a bit of miss understanding on the phone due to a slight language barrier I did manage to book a ride and the driver arrived at about 1120, while i understand a drivers hesitance about a bar crowd after midnight, it was before midnight, and he was taking us to the bar from our hotel, I gave him the address and the name of the business and we departed, about 10 minutes later he said we were at the destination and had pull onto the side of the road, it was actually what looked like a turning lane, i advised the gentleman again that this was not the correct destination, and advised for the second time to search by the business name and not the street address on the Google maps app he was using on his phone, again he said we were at that address, so I showed him my phone clearly showing we had not even made the halfway point of the trip, at this point i again advised him to look up the directions by the business name, i will admit that the way this road is labeled is a bit confusing, but i had higher expectations from someone that drives here for a living, that they would have the knowledge of the area and know that 933 changes names to lincolnway west once you get to Mishawaka, no the driver was still fighting with his GPS on his phone and started driving, pulling off the curb and into traffic, horns blaring from the cars he just pulled out in front of and proceeded down business 20 to south main, when he hit Monroe is when his speeds got a little reckless hitting 50+mph on city streets, we did eventually make it to our destination, and used another company to return to our hotel and did not encounter any of the issues that we had on the way there
