I will never go here again. They told my wife repeatedly that she was covered and there was nothing owed and after she racked up 800 they tell us she owe all this money. They sent no bills and when we asked why this happened they said they have no one in there billing department so that why it took months for us to find out. My wife asked every time she went in there if she owed any money and was always told no. Now there sending us to collections because we fell this is an error on there part and they refuse to take ownership of it. I told them I would pay 20% of this bill and they still refuse even though I feel we should owe nothing.
How can you do everything you can to insure billing when you admitted to us you had no one in your billing department for months?
