I really love this gym and the experience you get here. Great selection of equipment that is maintained well. The staff is awesome and cares about their gym.

I really like the environment and would prefer that location over any other since it's close to home, but the sauna in the women's locker room barely gets warm. I've tried to ask a couple different staff members about it, but no one seems to know much. I have been driving to the Central location since the sauna is always up and running properly after my workout. I just keep hoping one day this will get addressed so I can utilize the South Hill location more. Besides this, I think it's a great gym and the staff is great as well.
