I had my car serviced today and I wanted to say Jon, an expert associate helped me with getting my car serviced for essential maintenance that I’ve put off. I had a nice video to show the bts of what was evaluated. It was quick to get in and out before the anticipated end time of when the service was completed. Thank you again

Went for standard Honda B1 service. Was signed up for premium package even though I hadn’t mentioned them anytime that I wanted one. In the end after bringing up the billing issue, they did gave the discount of 20$ on premium package. It was also foolishness on my part to not check the work order in detail before signing, I mistakenly assumed it was with tax and standard servicing. Overall I liked that they create a video and how they go through the vehicle maintenance. Other issue was, after servicing the vehicle, they forgot to put the cap back for cabin filter. Since I knew how to change cabin filter I was able to put it back in. Overally their standard servicing prices are good, but they sign you up for premium services without informing you which is a shady business practice.

As expected, going to the dealer they are a bit more expensive, but honestly, not that much. I always have a great experience here. The staff always treat me with kindness and respect. They are not pushy when recommending services and have recommended (if i buy parts) where are good and not so good places to go. For example, when i replaced my battery, they told me who sold quality batteries for less if i decided not to purchase theirs. I don't trust anyone else with my car.
