The absolute worst customer service I couldn’t believe how this lady was talking on the phone to me, she was literally threatening me to not even deliver my order. Beware

The worst ever. Can't reach a person, they were supposed to deliver today and I can't even reach a person to give me an answer as to when our delivery will be.

Terrible service. They held my freight for over 2 weeks. “Owner” lied to over the phone and in text. They just showed up to deliver while I was at work 35 min away. I worked out with driver new time and rushed to get to delivery site. 20 minutes into my drive, “owner” called and said driver has to go back to Redding and a new driver will leave at noon, I will be the first stop and they will deliver my freight at 12:30. They did not. The company they contracted with called them and was told they repacked truck and the freight had to be delivered last. Worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced!!!!
