I went in there to ask for help getting my I9 documents verification for an out of state employment agency and I was told they couldn't help me. All they needed to do was verify my documents so I could complete the onboarding process. It wasn't rocket science Horrible customer service.
This work source is a waste of time. I went the beginning of the year sign up for the youth program , followed all the steps to get the service they are offering. I finish the assessment and they said they will call you when your profile is complete and someone will contact me. So it had been 2 weeks went in person they say my portfolio hasn’t been touch. I went a month after they said the same thing. I called two weeks later by this time is been 1 month and some weeks. I call the young lady up front and she says I’ll have you sign up for a program with out pay an all nonsense. To save you the time I don’t recommend this place. Is a joke. It isn’t helpful at all.
