Five stars for Silvia and her crew. They were the only ones who knew how to solve our problem, and did so quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
Our cats were tearing up the bottoms of our upholstered furniture. It was awful; they would get up in the couches and expose themselves to chemicals, sharp nails, and splintered wood. We called the furniture store, manufacturer, and even the warranty company and nobody was sympathetic to our cause. None of them knew what to do, nor were they willing to go the extra mile to help. We were in a bind. We figured we'd have to dispose our furniture and buy new pieces that laid flat on the ground. This would be a huge hassle and an unexpected expense. This was also not optimal because our cats like to hide and feel safe under our couches.
We called some local upholstery shops and none of them had a solution. We were shocked as we felt this was probably a common occurrence for pet owners.
Enter Silvia. From the moment we called, we knew we had the right company. She assured us the she'd dealt with this problem before and had a good solution. We talked about it and made an appointment to have her crew come by.
In the interim, my wife and I naturally had some questions. Silvia was always there for us, getting back to us quickly and providing detailed and thorough explanations. We felt very good going into the repair appointment.
That day, their two-person crew showed up. They were polite, respectful, and courteous. The worked quickly and efficiently, and the level of detail of their work was second-to-none. They were finished before we knew it and encouraged us to check the work to make sure we were satisfied, which we were.
It's been a few months now and the bottoms of our furniture are still intact; the cats haven't even scratched the new material. The solution they provided worked, and they executed flawlessly to make it happen.
The whole process was a very good experience for us. We also felt we got a ton of value, especially when you compare the repair cost to the cost of replacing our furniture.
All-in-all a great job. We recommend them highly and would use them again in a heartbeat.
