Front desk staff are not friendly experienced a cold and un welcoming demeanor from staff while checking in. In addition to the nurse that took us back.

Had a great experience with the staff and Doctor. They were friendly, timely and able to take care of our little one really well. They even fit us in for a same day when we had concerns about our infant's ear.
