My child has been a patient at Southwest Pediatrics for almost 10 years. Their staff have been wonderful. Kiddo has special needs, so even routine visits are sometimes met with the unexpected. We have had nothing but the best treatment for our child.
Our last visit was for vaccines, and I was shocked that they got kiddo through them with no tears (but a few of the usual howls of protest). They had a lot of families there for the vaccine clinic and were very well organized - getting everyone through as quickly as possible.

SWP is a great place. Dr. Rachel Hayes is so sweet and helpful with my boys who both have Autism. They usually can get you in same day or next if needed and we never have to wait long in the waiting room.

All staff and doctors are very attentive and loving to our baby, from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors. Dr. Pardo is very knowledgeable and supportive of our questions. She oftentimes anticipates needs before we ask and always informs us of what to expect in between visits. They were available for a same-day check-in, which is huge. Wait times are very short or none at all, and their online patient portal is very convenient and user-friendly. We love Southwest Pediatrics!
