This company is wonderful. Family owned & operated for generations. It's no wonder they've been in business so long (since 1974). They really take care of their customers & make sure that your experience is as pleasant & simple. Really great staff all the way around from the inspectors who are extremely knowledgeable to the office personnel who are so polite & flexible. You need a termite Company or pest Control company then Southwood is the answer!

Chad was amazing! He came to our house multiple times to inspect the situation so he could get a clear understanding. The prices were reasonable, the work was done on time and professionally every step of the way! I would recommend them to anyone who needed this type of service!
