SOZO is pretty epic soccer oasis in Yakima. Tricities could learn everything they are doing wrong by visiting Yakima, especially in the soccer department.
There is turf, indoor, and well groomed outdoor fields. The only thing horrible is the DJ for the Yak Attack tournament. Playing every horrible Bieber and pop song that everyone hates while soccer is being played, is a real buzz kill.
The kids loved playing soccer but they scheduled the kindergarten on a unlit field in the dark. Also they have so many events going on during the weekend you need to show up 30 min early just so you get in and park no where near the field you need to be on.
Moving up to 4 stars. They have lights on the fields for practice and more people working the gate for quicker entrance on the weekends. Definitely better than last year and as always the soccer was great.
Large area, multiple sports & activities possible, good parking around whole property. Turf fields. Bathrooms could have been better kept- 2 day tournament but bathrooms not cleaned sat pm. Another event inside at same time. 2nd day messy, bathroom trashes full & soaps empty. Otherwise look forward to attending here again
