Would love to give these people even less. They never call a customer back! Left several messages and got nothing back. We even had a couples spa booked for our anniversary and they canceled on us last minute which caused to not even stay at the hotel and cancel our whole weekend. They are very unprofessional in my opinion!!

It's a small little spa attached to the hyatt Regency, but services and communication was good. Pricing is fair for a hotel spa. Wish there was more availability for couples treatments and massages. Will be back soon.

The best facial I’ve ever had! I’ve had many facials & this was incredible. Cheryl, Tiffany & Ruth are amazing & top tier!
