Spaces - Oakland - Jack London Square

I’ve been a member for over a year. The experience has been poor. The space is beautiful. But the decentralized management is a mess. Nobody takes accountability and the "community manager" never once visited the community since I've been here. There are lots of arbitrary fees that they bill and often in error.

Amara and the recent staff at the front desk improved my experience but they have very little control over the experience beyond the front desk. I have also noticed a lack of diversity in the staff.

A world class experience. Views were spectacular which made for a great work environment. Connectivity was really fast. Need to take care of business needs in Jack London Square area-strongly reccomend.

One of our favorite places to work remotely! Friendly folx and a cozy setting.
