The flavor of this magic man's food brought tears to my eyes. I haven't tasted flavors like this since I was a kid. I ordered the Bacon Carbinara, and I did not expect to be taken back in time through flavor . What a delight.

This is fine dining at its best out of a modest looking food truck. We thought it was expensive at first but the wife was in the mood for Italian. We were blown away but the quality and portion size, don’t let the fact this is a food truck trick you, worth every penny. The gentleman working the truck even helped deliver our food inside so I didn’t have to make multiple trips as I had my hands full with our toddler. Will be back and soon, no question about it!

One of the more unique food cart options in the area. I can't say that I've seen that many Italian themed carts that do more than just basic pasta, whee spaghett-about it offers much more.
The chicken parm sub was delicious, the menu had a bunch of options.
Based on the signage it appears they are going to be relocating to the Hillsboro food cart pod soon.
