I had two services that I needed help with. I spoke with Kim, an agent for SpareBox, Storage. She was friendly and efficient. She was able to help me receive some paperwork I needed, and also set up my move out of two storage units. I wish all companies had such a great representative working for them. Thank you, Kim.

I needed to call the service department for SpareBox Storage regarding a billing situation. I spoke with a representative named Kewayne. He accessed my account quickly and confirmed that my billing problem would be taken care of. My records showed that I did not owe any past due balance, and Kewayne substantiated, my records. Thank you for the good service.
