Last Saturday I hit the garage door rail while backing up. I needed an urgent help to fix the garage door to be properly closed. After searching quickly on Yelp, I called to schedule an appointment for the same day service. The customer service representative, I believe it was the owner, was friendly and accommodating, setting up a convenient time for a technician to visit. The technician, Tim, arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my garage door, fixed the issues right away.
The repair itself was done quickly and efficiently. Tim replaced the broken rail and ensured everything was operating smoothly. He even took the extra step of lubricating all the moving parts and tightening loose bolts, which wasn't initially part of the repair.
What really impressed me was the level of transparency and honesty. There were no hidden fees or unexpected costs, and the final bill matched the initial estimate. Additionally, Tim provided useful tips for maintaining my garage door to prevent future issues.

I met with 7 different garage door companies looking to install a new garage door for my project . Each and everyone that came did not have the door I was looking for . I wanted a white oak looking door at an affordable price. Not only did spark have the door I was searching for , they also offered it to me at a tremendous value. The door came on time as promised and looks even better in person. The motor is great and virtually silent . The installers were in and out in a few hours and even hauled away my old door . I can not say enough about how happy I am that I used spark garage doors and highly highly HIGHLY recommend them.
