What really sets them apart is their honesty and transparency. Accidents happen, like a broken fridge magnet that fell when cleaning. Immediately they brought me the pieces and started asking how much it was or could they take it home to glue it up for us. It probably cost $5, but that wasn’t the point, you could tell how upset the accident it made them. They’ve earned our trust and continued business.
