I dropped off my white faux fur coat to remove a singular lipstick stain and had the whole coat returned to me as pink and stale. When I confronted the idiot running the store he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. How can you be bad at the one thing your store is supposed to do? My coat was worth more than his pathetic business.

Terrible alterations. They have ruined four of my curtains after cutting and hemming them to the wrong length, then insisting it was my fault. Like I can't measure and don't know what size my windows are. No offer to refund, to try to make it right or keep my business. I used to recommend this business in the neighborhood but never again. They have lost more than one customer because of this stupid mistake that they refuse to take responsibility for. They have no communication skills and are totally lacking in customer service. Go someplace else.

I had been a loyal customer for years until two of my pairs of pants came back with stains. When I asked to be refunded for the service they told me it was my fault and yelled at me in front of other customers.
Edit: The comment from the store owner says that I am not in the records. This is because their records do not go back more than a year. I have not been a customer in years because of this incident.
