In the last 2 months there has been multiple dryers down and a lot not working properly. More than half the machines are not getting warm enough to dry the clothes. I have had to change to a different dryer quite often and it's after I just spent 1.00 on that one that didn't work to have to put more money in that I had to move too. I been spending 2 times the amount I would of a few months ago on drying my clothes. Other than these issues it's always clean. It be nice if there was toliet paper in the bathroom too.

Second time machines not working. First time it was washer. Second time dryer. Both times no employee on site. Had to call them wait for 20 minutes for worker to drive to sparkle shop. This time I put in 5 quarters and dryer didn't budge after opening in closing several times to be sure something wasn't stuck in door.All I get is a message saying they will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Not sure how that's suppose to help me dry my clothes now.

It was dirty. No one threw away there garbage. People would leave laundry unattended for awhile after being done so no one else could use the machines. Most of the dryers didn't work. They would just eat your money.
