Got taken advantage of, went in for a wash and got charged a big price with “discounts” included. Looking on their websites those discounts should have already been included in the package I got. There were spots still on my car after all said and done too. Won’t be coming back here.

I just went there to get an oil change and a quick clean up of my car, the cleanup was okay, but honestly it wasn’t worth it to pay more for them to clean a little extra. Next time I will just be having them do a basic cleanup that’s free with the oil change. Now the REAL issue is I now have an oil leak and the plastic protective part under my car fell off while driving home and was hanging on by a singular bolt. UPDATE: I took the car back and they figured everything out with no charge. They were very apologetic and kind about what had happened. Mess ups happen so don’t let this review completely turn you away from their services, aside from everything that happened the customer service has always been on point and they do get things done, but if you’re not satisfied just say something to them.

I won’t go anywhere else in town for my car washes. Something seems to break on my cars every time I go anywhere but Sparkles. Their machines seem much more gentle. Employees are always super friendly, good value too!
