Spavia is a great little haven of peace within the bustling Green Lake area. I felt instantly calm when I arrived (the serene little waiting area after the locker rooms definitely helped).
I had an incredible massage with Natalie this weekend. She maintained the perfect balance of relaxation and tension relief. She was clearly a very experienced therapist. Like many, I carry much of my stress in my neck and shoulders, and 24 hours after my massage, I feel like a new person.
I will definitely be back - I already signed up for a membership. But beyond massage, i"m excited to try some of the other services that Spavia offers! The facials sound divine.
