Gotta be honest…this place is unprofessional and careless with their scheduling. They scheduled me for a time on a Sunday, I arrived and the door was locked. I called and they said they forgot and asked me to come back at a time the next day. I arrived the next day to find the store closed and the door locked again. I called and then they arrived 15 minutes later. 2 months later, they schedule me for another Sunday time. 2 hours before the appointment they text me with an excuse for why they need to cancel.
I honestly think the guy wakes up on Sunday and doesn’t feel like going into the shop. Like, I get it, but don’t schedule clients on Sundays then.
The cut my dog got was acceptable. A normal 4/5 cut. The price was similar to everywhere else in the area.
Toni is the best! Always so caring and detail-oriented with my dog. Come here and ask for Toni. 🤘🏼 You won't be disappointed.
Just wish they were closer to North Hollywood!
