The team at Spec German are amazing. I trust them with all my vehicles. Always willing to take a look at something that might be outside their wheelhouse (cough cough Italian’s) and did an absolutely amazing job. Thank you for your willingness to take on new challenges. The team here would rival any shop in the nation. Hats off to you guys.

Came in for a failed distance sensor and they replaced it with a LN engineering one. Much cheaper than going with dealership. However, the LN distance sensor was defective and they took the car, diagnosed it, and replaced the defective part with a TDesign distance sensor under warranty. No fuss no arguments. Just great customer service! Definitely the shop to take your Porsche!

After over three years of having my 2017 911 serviced at two different western Washington Porsche dealerships, I decided I needed to find a good and reputable independent service center. I am very pleased to have taken my car to Spec German. This business was very pleasant and easy to work with--so much better than the Porsche dealership service centers. I came away from Spec German feeling that the service work performed was the service work required, not service work focused on generating extra profit. Jacob also immediately diagnosed, explained, and resolved the source of a noise-related issue that I first reported 2-1/2 years ago but that never was accurately diagnosed by the dealership service centers. I am so relieved to have found a place to take my car where I don't drive away wondering whether I can trust what I have been told and the quality of the work performed. Spec German is where I will be taking my car for service work from this point forward.
