We have owned a houseboat on Lake Union for 6 years. Linda has been a fount of information during that time. There is literally no one who knows houseboats and all that goes along with owning one, better than she does. I'm sure she puts the same professionalism into traditional real estate as she does with houseboats. We are now selling, and she has been invaluable in helping us to do it right. 5.5 years ago Linda helped me purchase my first house. She took the time to find and show us all the houses that fit within our budget and the location we wanted to stay in. Once we found the house we wanted, she did an amazing job with finalizing the sale and making sure we got the house. Linda is very helpful, kind, and amazing at helping find your forever home. Linda is one of the best agent/brokers I have worked with buying and/or selling homes. Her deep expertise in the real estate market is appreciated. Especially her knowledge and understanding of floating homes and house boats, which was key to our successful transaction of my floating home.
