Don’t go!!!!!!!! I barely leave reviews but have to say something here:
I signed up for annual eye exam but have to pay $75 for some tests that I was totally NOT AWARE OF as being out of pocket. They only inform me the payment after my exams were completed.
Had to wait 15 minutes for the doctor after the exam, and the whole communication was no more than 10 minutes. The doctor (Dr Nina W) seemed to be rushing and told me that she has another patient waiting for her. Excuse me?? And after these, there are NO detailed explanations of what exams were done and how the results look like.
They don’t seem to care about the actual questions from patients but more about selling the glasses and the contact lens’s fitting service that cost $250.
At the end of the service, I particularly asked doctor and the front desk that I need an invoice with details of what I paid for and the visit summary that shows what exams I have done. They promised me but literally no one follow up with me on anything. I had to call again the next week and they told me there was no such task on the system, basically the front desk did nothing after our conversation.
Very disappointed and please don’t go here for any reasons. Save your time!!
