Carlos really saved us!!! Our tire got a flat on the 5 and we weren't in a safe spot. Many tow companies were called but the only one that showed up the fastest was Carlos!! Thank you for your speedy and helpful service

THIS WAS THE WORST EXERIENCE EVER!!! My daughter and I requested a tow to a nearby shop and didn't get a response for 3 hours. We requested a flatbed because we didn't want her tires to be on the ground due to mechanical issues. We had to call to get an ETA because it had been so long. After being told the driver was en route, she waited in her car for nearly an hour to then be told that it would be another 30 mins! We wanted to confirm that it would be a flatbed tow as requested on the order so when the driver finally called, she asked him. He then said he would have to call his boss. When he called back, he told us that his boss canceled the order altogether without informing us (the driver was less than 15 mins away at this point). This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Not to mention, the owner was very insensitive and rude. He had no compassion considering we had been waiting for nearly 5 hours for a tow and my daughter had to miss work. They were dispatched by USAA so be aware... TERRIBLE COMPANY. After contacting USAA, Oscar Towing Services was dispatched and they arrived within 30 mins. AND we were able to get a flatbed. So if you are ever in need of a tow, go with Oscar :). They were respectful, quick, and professional.
