I am very unsatisfied with my recent experience with Speck. I had an oil change scheduled for this past Saturday, I scheduled this online bc it was easy and convenient to do. I showed up on time for my appt, there were employees walking around, not acknowledging me for about 10 mins, then someone finally came up my car to tell me the Jeep side is closed on Saturdays. I do not live in the area, so I plan my trips and oil changes accordingly, always for a Saturday. The employee who I spoke with said there was nothing they could do for me because they were low on workers for the day, and that he’d pass on the message for the online portal for scheduling to be closed. I’m sure some type of notification came thtough the system about me scheduling an apppintment so a heads up would’ve been nice before I drove to dealership for nothing.
