Spectrum Painting

Beware!!!!! This painting company is a joke!! They did worst paint job ever! Ruined the trim throughout the house. Not just the accent trim but the door frame trim, window trim, cabinet trim, etc. Then tried to get us to pay additional money to replace the trim they ruined! Don't hire this company they are the worst painters no respect for the owners property. The owner wouldn't even accept the blame for the damage saying " they went above and beyond." If I could do negative stars they would be a negative 105 stars!!! Beware!!!!! If you want to see all the damage they did, let me know I have pictures from spilling paint on the carpet, couch and walls, to the ruined trim through out the house and the missed paint above cabinets, behind the stove and toilets, as well as over spray everywhere.

We hired this company to paint the entire interior of our home. They took several days longer than the one week time we were told it would take by the owner Todd Watson despite staying in a hotel the entire time which added to our expense and boarding out our pets. They specifically were to check all trim, repair/sand, paint, touch up as well as inside window sills, new patio doors, as well as specific doors were to be repainted. These things were simply not done at all, one room where it was specifically pointed out the trim on base boards needed repair prior to painting was simply ignored and paint was applied to damaged baseboards from a wheelchair. His workers painted the wrong door we learned after they said they would be finished that day. No trim was even touched up in the kitchen where it was needed also. New patio doors that were specifically pointed out to the owner were left unpainted. We had new carpet put in our family room after the paint was completed and when a large entertainment center was moved to our shock they had painted around the piece leaving a huge space on the wall unpainted! I myself called the owner Todd Watson to let him know what was missed and he became angry and defensive and asked to speak to my husband! I was horrified by his childish and unprofessional behavior. He scheduled a date to come back to fix the issues that were missed and sloppily done. After they left it was very apparent that the trim, window in master bath, were not completed as promised. The work took too long, work that was asked and paid to be done was not done and what was done was done very sloppily. My baseboard trim in several rooms do not look as if we hired professional painters. The owner was out of town for the last half of the job and said he was going to check back with us upon his return but never did. After they were back for a second time to fix what was not done sufficiently and they still did not do an adequate job I sent a text complete with pictures to Todd Watson who never responded at all. I would not recommend that anyone hire this company who claims impeccable customer service. Customer Service is not only lacking, it seems there is no communication between the owner and the workers, the owner himself is pompous and hotheaded.
